    Robotics Education Lab Manager

    • Established the Advanced Robotic Manipulation (ARM) Lab, an educational testbed of multiple robot-arm stations, managing all phases from budget planning, procurement, and layout design through installation, hardware calibration, and software integration
    • Developed custom hardware emergency-stop buttons using physical switches and a custom-programmed microcontroller, integrated into the robot SDK
    • Containerized the entire software stack to improve reproducibility and consistency across all stations
    • Built a fleet-management framework supporting remote power control, over-the-air (OTA) updates, teleoperation, and centralized data collection
    • Created course projects spanning simulation and hardware, covering point-cloud registration, pick-and-place, torque control, gravity compensation, hybrid force-position control, and imitation learning

      • Developed a control algorithm achieving temporally optimal coverage by leveraging the different actuator limits of the robot team
      • Investigated a priority-based task allocation, scheduling, and execution framework for heterogeneous multi-robot teams

      • Developed GTernal, a robot design for the autonomous operation of a multi-robot research testbed, including onboard collision avoidance based on control barrier functions and time-of-flight sensors
